**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll work closely with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes, ensuring that technical solutions meet our high standards. You'll also be responsible for managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to guarantee that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you'll serve as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and innovation groups, participate in system and acceptance testing, and contribute to the development of our organization's goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop quality technical solutions
* Ensure that solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and compliance with departmental standards
* Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to guarantee that projects are completed on time and within budget
* Act as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and innovation groups
* Participate in system and acceptance testing
* Contribute to the development of our organization's goals and objectives
* Collaborate with specialists to analyze breaches, develop quick response systems, and enhance defenses
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, cybersecurity)
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fundamental knowledge of data security and threat relief standards, theories, and practices
* Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm (desired)
* Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) (desired)
* Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement (desired)
* Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program (desired)
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders (desired)
* Fundamental knowledge of technical environments (desired)
* Openness to Agile philosophies (desired)
* Coursework or experience related to network security (desired)
* Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines (desired)
* Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year (desired)
* Experience tackling business problems in a capstone or case competition (desired)
