Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide support to colleagues as needed

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a warm and welcoming nature, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.   • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have previous experience in the food industry, that's a plus. You'll also need to have a good driving record and meet the required age criteria of at least 18 years old with two years of driving experience if you're interested in a delivery role. For management positions, you'll need to be over 18, pass a background check, and have previous management experience.

  • Food handler's card is required for all team members
  • Previous management experience is an asset for management positions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
