Junior Consultant – Business Financing (Central Street Lending)

We’re looking for a driven Junior Consultant to join Central Street Lending and work directly with business owners to help them explore fast, flexible funding options. This role combines cold outreach, warm leads, and live set leads, giving you multiple ways to build momentum and succeed. As a Junior Consultant, you’ll start conversations with business owners, learn how to identify qualified opportunities, and guide prospects through a simple business funding application. Your focus is on helping owners understand their options clearly and moving deals forward with professionalism and urgency. You’ll be trained, supported, and given access to quality leads, while also developing the confidence and skill set to generate your own opportunities through outbound outreach. What you’ll do: • Engage business owners through cold calls, warm leads, and live set leads • Have real conversations focused on understanding business needs • Help qualified prospects complete funding applications • Follow up consistently and professionally • Work closely with senior consultants and leadership What we’re looking for: • Comfortable on the phone and willing to learn Strong communication skills • Coachable, consistent, and self-motivated Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required) Compensation & growth: This is a performance-based role with significant upside. Junior Consultants typically earn $100,000–$250,000 annually, depending on consistency and volume. There is no cap on earnings, and strong performers have clear paths for advancement.
