Internal Sales Agent (Real Estate) – Commission-Based + $8/hr Company: Agility Equity Location: Remote Hours: Monday–Friday, 12 PM–6 PM EST Agility Equity is a fast-paced real estate investment firm based in South Florida. We are seeking motivated, disciplined, and accountable individuals to join our team as Internal Sales Agents (ISAs). This is a performance-driven role that combines commission-based earnings with an hourly rate of $8/hour. This position is salaried but requires consistent effort, professionalism, and accountability. Your primary responsibility is to professionally engage homeowners, follow company scripts and systems, and set qualified appointments for our acquisitions team. No prior real estate experience is required, but reliability, effort, and execution are mandatory. Compensation Structure • $8/hour • Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential • Hourly pay does not replace or limit commission earnings • Compensation is tied to scheduled working hours and expected activity Performance & Accountability Policy (Strictly Enforced) • ISAs must actively make outbound calls during scheduled calling hours • Calls must follow approved scripts, tone, and disposition guidelines • Activity levels, call quality, and system usage are monitored and reviewed • Consistent effort, professionalism, and responsiveness are required • Failure to meet expectations will result in disciplinary action Disciplinary Actions May Include • Verbal or written warnings • Reduction or removal of leads • Temporary suspension of calling or system access • Termination of employment or engagement if issues persist or escalate Key Responsibilities • Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners • Qualify leads and document conversations accurately • Set and confirm appointments • Follow all scripts, workflows, and data-entry standards • Communicate clearly with management and acquisitions teams • Maintain professionalism and accountability What We’re Looking For • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Fluent in English • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Coachable and receptive to feedback • Comfortable working remotely with performance tracking • Ability to work the listed hours consistently Why Join Agility Equity? • Guaranteed $8/hour • Commission-first role with real earning potential • Fully remote work environment • Clear expectations, structure, and accountability • Growth opportunities within a performance-based team Interested?
