Document Review & Decision Writing Attorney

Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing federal contracting company seeking early career Document Review & Decision Writing Attorneys to support a federal government agency. This is a full time, fully remote position. This is a seven (7) to twelve (12) month contract. For the duration of the contract, this is a full-time position and eligible for benefits through Intelligence Federal. Document Review Attorney – Government Contractor JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • · Responsible for large case document review • · Review case files and conduct fact finding review • · Perform research for the preparation of legal opinions • · Perform legal analysis and draft proper decision letters • · Identify and categorize relevant records, including developing statistics and tabulations to provide leads and supportive data for case litigation. SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL • · Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. • · Must be authorized to work in the US. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS & SELECTION CRITERIA • · Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be an attorney barred in good standing in a US State or territory. • · Minimum of two (2) years of legal experience in a federal government setting • · Minimum of two (2) years of legal decision writing experience • · Experience using document review software including Relativity, EverLaw, and Sharepoint. • · Experience with Salesforce a plus • · Ability to work well within groups handling a large volume of work.
