This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are: • Ready to run • Hungry and driven by urgency • Exceptional at what they do, with low ego • Comfortable operating in motion The Role As a Product Manager on our Crypto team, you will leverage your technical, design, and analytical skills to launch and enhance our flagship crypto trading solution. You'll empower tens of millions of users to navigate the future of finance by building the world's most seamless and high-velocity crypto brokerage experience. You'll collaborate with various teams including onboarding, post-purchase, wallet, UX, engineering, legal, and retail partners to ensure seamless and scalable experiences across our app. This role offers a significant opportunity to massively impact both our customers and our company. You will: • Drive product execution across core consumer crypto trading, growth, and related brokerage features. • Ship high-impact features such as in-app notifications, trading incentives, and optimized UX to drive user engagement and conversion. • Own the lifecycle of money movement products, including crypto-specific areas like deposits, withdrawals, and staking. • Maintain and prioritize your slice of the roadmap in support of our overall launch plan. • Translate complex technical and partner requirements into clear tickets, user flows, and stakeholder updates. You Bring • 3-10+ years of relevant experience in technical product management or similar role (e.g. engineering, technical product management). • Domain expertise in crypto trading or a strong background in equities brokerage. • Execution-first mindset: You have a proven track record of shipping core trading features and navigating fast-moving environments. • Executive presentation skills - tight communication that gets buy-in for key initiatives. • Experience working with legal, compliance, product, business, engineering and other key stakeholders. • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities. • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor.
