Quality & Risk Management Specialist
100% Remote - Work from Anywhere in the United States
Sinceri Senior Living seeks a technology-driven Quality & Risk Management Specialist to design dashboards and manage tracking systems for regulatory compliance, quality data, and risk management across multiple senior living communities.
Position Overview
This role combines dashboard design in SmartSheets and Power BI with significant daily data entry, tracking, and follow-up work. Responsibilities include designing visual reporting tools, entering claims and incident data, logging survey results, updating POC status, and coordinating follow-up across communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard Design & Data Visualization :
• Design and build SmartSheets dashboards for claims tracking, POC management, regulatory compliance, and quality metrics
• Create Power BI dashboards with real-time performance indicators for executive leadership
• Develop visual reporting tools with status indicators and trend charts
• Build automated workflows with alerts, escalations, and notifications
• Design data entry forms and collection tools
Claims Management (GL, Property, Auto) :
• Receive and enter detailed claims data into tracking systems
• Investigate incidents and collect documentation (statements, photos, reports, medical records)
• Submit complete claims packages to insurance carriers
• Log claim status updates, adjuster communications, and settlement amounts
• Follow up with communities for missing documentation
• Design dashboards tracking claims by type, location, cost, and resolution timeframe.
Regulatory & Survey Tracking :
• Track and log state surveys, inspections, and complaint investigations
• Enter survey results, citations, and deficiencies into centralized systems
• Build SmartSheets and Power BI dashboards for survey outcomes and compliance deadlines
• Monitor regulatory deadlines and send automated alerts
• Generate compliance reports for leadership
Plan of Correction (POC) Coordination :
• Enter all POCs into tracking systems with assignments and due dates
• Conduct daily/weekly follow-up on overdue items
• Follow up with Regional Directors and Executive Directors for incomplete documentation
• Update POC status and maintain completion metrics
• Design dashboards with visual status indicators, assignment tracking, and aging reports
• Create Power BI reports showing POC completion rates by community and category
Quality & Risk Data Management :
• Enter and track high-risk incidents (falls, elopements, medication errors, altercations)
• Log incident data including dates, outcomes, and corrective actions
• Create trend analysis dashboards identifying patterns across communities
• Design predictive analytics dashboards to identify elevated risk
• Track quality improvement action plan implementation
• Track monthly CQI.
Systems Maintenance :
• Optimize SmartSheets and Power BI dashboards for regulatory, quality, and claims tracking
• Develop advanced Excel reports with pivot tables, formulas, and macros
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity
• Train team members on dashboard usage
• Troubleshoot data issues and maintain clean records
Required Qualifications
• Expert Smart Sheets proficiency (dashboard design, workflows, forms, reports, alerts, conditional formatting)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, macros, data visualization)
• Strong dashboard design capabilities with focus on usability and visual clarity
• Comfort with high-volume data entry and attention to detail
• 1+ years in healthcare administration, senior living, quality, compliance, or risk management
• Experience with claims coordination or insurance reporting preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple urgent deadlines
• Persistence in follow-up and documentation collection
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated for remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications :
• Power BI experience (dashboard design, data modeling, DAX formulas, interactive visualizations)
• Experience designing dashboards for executive leadership
• Healthcare regulatory knowledge (state surveys, POCs, licensing standards)
• Senior living operations experience
• GL/Property/Auto claims experience

The ideal candidate excels at dashboard design while maintaining data integrity through accurate entry and persistent follow-up. This role requires both creative design skills and operational discipline-building SmartSheets and Power BI visualizations while ensuring systems remain populated with accurate, timely data. Must be detail-oriented, self-directed in a remote environment, and comfortable with both strategic design work and daily operational tasks.
