Enrolled Agent Or Tax Attorney will be expected to perform the following duties:
• Correspondence with IRS/State authorities by phone, email, and/or fax (Compliance Calls).
• File IRS Tax Programs (OIC, CNC, Installment agreements, Non-Collectable, Innocent Spouse, etc.) Must be able to fight for the client to get the best resolution for their back taxes.
• Remove Garnishments, IRS levies, or federal tax liens.
• Interact with Management/Sales in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide Direction to Case Managers to keep Resolutions moving forward.
• Prioritize caseload and Manage assigned Client Pipeline.
