About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to direct messages across multiple social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Following up on cases created in Salesforce to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintaining a strong online presence by responding to posts and comments, addressing concerns, and creating trust with our clients across all social platforms

  • Managing multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, to ensure consistent branding and messaging

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in social media customer engagement
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Social Studio, Excel, and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
