We require a quiet and secure work environment during working hours, with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a wired USB headset with microphone. You will also need a high-speed wired internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed. **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** As a 1099 contractor with Arenaflex, you will be paid on a weekly basis, with earnings ranging from $16 to $19 per hour. You will also have access to additional incentives and bonuses based on client and performance metrics. **Contractual Relationship** The relationship between you and Arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. Arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
