Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need
  • Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and recommendations
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring that our clients receive the information they need to make informed decisions
  • Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where applicable
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, representing arenaflex in a manner that reflects our values and mission
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong telephone etiquette, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritizing and organizing work to meet deadlines and achieve goals
