Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, aiming to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer communications, consulting on customer success, and maintaining working product knowledge to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer communications: Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult on customer success: Advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products/services based on their unique needs, providing personalized solutions and support.
  • Maintain working product knowledge: Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic, staying current with new product releases and updates.
  • Track interactions in CRM: Record customer interactions in our internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Data entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data and interactions into our CRM system, maintaining data integrity and supporting business intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service, striving to exceed expectations and build loyalty.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
