With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we're constantly looking for ways to improve our services and exceed our customers' expectations. **About the OCC** The Operations and Customer Center (OCC) is the heartbeat of arenaflex's overall activities, responsible for all strategic and vital decision-making for any operational disturbance in our organization. Our OCC teams work closely with avionics experts, using data to tackle operational business challenges and drive efficiency. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative in our OCC, you'll be part of a dynamic team that supports arenaflex's 24/7 operations. Your key responsibilities will include: * Working with our Load Control Center (LCC) team to ensure accurate and efficient aircraft loading and fuel management * Collaborating with our Fuel Procedure group to develop and implement strategies for fuel conservation and efficiency * Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our operations * Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to drive results and achieve our goals * Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers and internal stakeholders * Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **What You'll Need to Succeed** To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Be a college student in pursuit of a degree in a relevant field, such as Software Engineering, Research, Finance, Modern Design, or Aviation Administration * Be available to work for three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM * Be enrolled with your educational institution throughout the term of the center program * Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges * Show a team-first mentality, with a focus on achieving results for your team and arenaflex * Possess strong hierarchical, project management, and verbal/written communication skills * Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint * Be comfortable working in both group and individual settings * Prioritize the safety and well-being of yourself and others * Embrace diversity, inclusivity, and different perspectives **What Will Give You an Edge** While not required, successful candidates will have: * Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint * Experience with airline operations, scheduling, and planning * A history of leadership roles, including student and community associations * A passion for a future career in the aviation industry and serving arenaflex's customers **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
