As a Customer Outreach Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and leading a high-performing team of appointment setters. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Outreach Manager to lead our appointment setting team and drive sales growth through effective outreach strategies, process optimization, and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our remote call center team, you'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of appointment setters, developing and refining outreach strategies, and collaborating with our sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and optimal results. **Key Responsibilities** * Recruit, train, and supervise a team of appointment setters to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service * Develop and refine scripts, outreach strategies, and scheduling workflows to optimize appointment setting and sales conversion rates * Implement tools and technologies to streamline the appointment-setting process and improve efficiency * Monitor call metrics, appointment conversion rates, and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement * Collaborate with sales representatives to align scheduling priorities with sales goals and ensure smooth handoffs between appointment setters and sales reps * Communicate feedback from clients or prospects to improve outreach efforts and drive sales growth * Handle escalations or complex scheduling requests from potential clients with professionalism and care * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during the appointment-setting process **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a virtual sales environment, with a proven track record of success in a call center sales supervisory or sales role * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders * Data-driven approach to sales and customer service, with the ability to analyze key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the natural health/dietary supplement vertical, with a strong understanding of our products and services * Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction * Experience with sales automation tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms * Strong knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, with the ability to develop and implement effective outreach plans * Experience with team management and development, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving team performance **Skills and Competencies** * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Data-driven approach to sales and customer service * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong knowledge of sales strategies and tactics * Experience with sales automation tools and technologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Customer Outreach Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in sales leadership, team management, and customer service.
