Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner
- Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, promoting their products and services to potential customers
- Identify opportunities to generate leads and convert conversations into sales opportunities
- Work independently in a remote environment, managing your time effectively to meet performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and improve customer engagement strategies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Reside within the state listed on the position posting
- Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Ensure your computer meets the minimum technical specifications: 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
- Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not essential
