**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Office Clerk/Data Entry professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* **Data Entry:** Enter daily work orders into systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Report Compilation:** Assemble and reconcile reports, utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* **Office Clerical Duties:** Perform filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
* **Communication:** Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
* **Other Duties:** Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* **Organizational Skills:** Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
* **Attention to Detail:** Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data entry and report compilation.
* **Data Entry Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
* **Office Clerk Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in an office clerk role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
* **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* **Microsoft Excel Experience:** At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its features and functions.
* **Recycling Experience:** Experience in recycling or a related field, with a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
**Physical Demands:**
As a remote employee, you will be working in a home office setting, with minimal physical demands. However, you will need to be able to:
