Software Testers Needed for New CRM & POS Platform (Manual + Automation)
We’re a growing software startup preparing to launch a new CRM and POS system, and we’re looking for experienced software testers to help us ensure a smooth, reliable release.
You’ll be responsible for testing core workflows, identifying bugs, validating performance, and helping us improve overall usability before launch. This is a great opportunity to work with a modern product and collaborate directly with a small, fast-moving team.
Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of CRM and POS features
Identify, document, and track bugs and usability issues
Create and execute test cases and test plans
Test across different devices, browsers, and operating systems
Validate integrations, user roles, and transaction flows
(Optional) Perform automation testing if you have the skills
Provide clear, actionable feedback to developers
Requirements
Proven experience as a Software Tester / QA Tester
Experience testing CRM, POS, SaaS, or web-based applications
Strong understanding of QA processes and best practices
Ability to write clear bug reports (screenshots/videos a plus)
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience testing payment systems or transaction-based software
Startup or early-stage product experience
