Business Analyst - Tolling Back-Office Modernization (Azure Cloud) - Remote
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze defect tickets and change requests (CRs) across assigned modules (Collections, Transactions, etc.).
• Review requirements using RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix), RDD (Requirements Design Document), and User Stories.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and validate against business requirements and technical specifications.
• Document findings and prepare CRs or RCA reports for development teams.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with product architecture, technical standards, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure end-to-end resolution.
• Support interface analysis between client Vector and external vendors (payment processing, reporting systems).
• Participate in backlog grooming, UAT support, and go-live readiness activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong understanding of tolling systems, electronic toll collection (ETC), and back-office operations.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (preferably Azure) and data migration projects.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis, RTM, RDD, and Agile user stories. Ability to perform root cause analysis and write clear CRs and RCA documentation.
• Familiarity with interfaces, API integrations, and backend data flows..
• Prior experience in transportation/tolling domain or large-scale modernization programs is a plus.
