Primary Skills: Finance Expertise(Advanced), User Story Writing(Proficient), Process Flow Design(Skilled), Functional QA(Experienced), Cross-Functional Collaboration(Efficient) Contract: W2 Location: Santa Clara, CA() Duration: 10 months Pay Range:$80-85 Per Hour #LP JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Solution Designer with a strong background in Finance systems, notably FP&A or Workforce Planning, to spearhead projects from inception through to delivery. This role demands a blend of technical prowess and creativity to develop functional solutions that are both intuitive and scalable. The ideal candidate should be driven by the challenge of simplifying complex finance operations and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that meet evolving business requirements. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable user stories, process flows, and mock-ups. Oversee UAT script creation, coordinate testing efforts, and guide teams through UAT cycles and post-go-live support. Develop comprehensive requirements documentation, translating complex finance processes into simplified system behaviors. Work closely with digital and technical teams to ensure solutions align with initial requirements, conducting functional QA and managing deployments. Align solutions with business goals, ensuring compliance, operation efficiency, and clarity in complex business scenarios. Must have Skills Deep understanding of enterprise finance systems and complex system interactions. Proven expertise in writing high-quality user stories and creating detailed process flows and mock-ups. Strong analytical abilities to deconstruct complex issues into structured solutions. Industry Experience: Extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related financial processes is crucial for this role.
