Essential Qualifications

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client support
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute, with comfort using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
