Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, or through the internet. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine problems and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience and that our service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that service delivered to our customers meets contractual KPIs and exceeds customer expectations
  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to customers
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and maximize opportunities to build rapport with customers
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
  • Maintain basic knowledge of arenaflex products and/or services and stay up-to-date with new developments and updates
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers as appropriate
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases and other systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff as needed

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma and at least three to six months of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. You should be courteous with a strong customer service orientation, have strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, and be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Additionally, you should be dependable with strong attention to detail, skilled in multi-tasking, and able to adapt to changes quickly.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred

  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and/or services
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
