About the Role
As a Customer Support and Data Entry Virtual Assistant with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer support and performing data entry tasks. Initially, you'll be working 8 hours per week, with the potential for growth and increased hours as you become more familiar with our operations and demonstrate your value to the team. If you're successful in this role, you'll have the opportunity to move into a management position over time, providing you with a clear career progression path.
Main Responsibilities
As a Customer Support and Data Entry Virtual Assistant with arenaflex, your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling Customer Complaints: Responding to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Responding to Customer Emails: Responding to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, and FAQs, providing timely and accurate information to our customers.
- Keeping Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer complaints, refunds, and interactions, using our CRM system and other tools as required.
- Contributing to Customer Support Processes: Contributing to the development and improvement of our customer support processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Ensuring Response Times: Ensuring that all customer inquiries are responded to within 24 hours, providing our customers with timely and effective support.
Required Skills and Knowledge
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- Fluent Written and Spoken English: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively in English.
- Customer Support Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Motivation and Eagerness to Learn: A motivated and eager attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills, and to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Availability for Weekly Team Calls: Availability to participate in weekly team calls, to discuss ongoing projects, share knowledge and best practices, and align with the team's goals and objectives.
- Commitment to 8 Hours per Week: A commitment to work a minimum of 8 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as you become more familiar with our operations.
- Not Currently Working Full-Time: Not currently working a full-time job elsewhere, to ensure that you have the time and availability to dedicate to this role.
- Availability to Start Immediately: Availability to start immediately, to ensure that we can quickly onboard you and get you up to speed with our operations.
