Description Seeking an Assistant Guide to support our Montessori classrooms! We serve children ages 6 weeks to 6 years of age and are more than just a childcare or day care - we offer a holistic, nurturing Montessori environment and program! We also offer a summer school age program! We have opportunities for you within differing age groups, including infants, toddlers and preschool - so contact us today with your interest to find out the details! • Assist the lead teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment. • Support students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by providing individualized attention. • Help prepare instructional materials and assist in lesson planning. • Foster effective communication with students and parents regarding progress and behavior. • Ensure the safety and well-being of children during classroom and outdoor activities. • Participate in professional development and training sessions as required.
