About the Opportunity

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Support Associate to join our team. As a critical member of our Care Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. This is a 100% remote position, and we require candidates to be based in the United States and work PST hours.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Support Associate at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Owning key Ops Support initiatives: You will be responsible for completing our backend operational support processes, ensuring patient ECM and CHW program authorization and continued enrollment.
• Proactively monitoring and reporting on key operational support processes and metrics: You will troubleshoot and monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to inform our operations.
• Supporting a team of documentation analysts: You will assist with troubleshooting and monitoring project progress, ensuring that our care team has the necessary support to provide high-quality care.
• Completing and monitoring ECM and CHW program authorizations and annual reauthorizations: You will ensure that our patients receive continuous care and that our programs are authorized and reauthorized as needed.
• Working with partnered health plans: You will understand program denials, flag enrollment issues, and provide backend support for transitions of care and referrals.
• Providing clear and timely communication: You will keep our care team informed of enrollment changes and status updates, ensuring that our patients receive seamless care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of backend operations experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment, providing administrative and operational support.
• Confidence to own your role and propose solutions: You should be a self-starter who can work independently and propose process improvements.
• A results-driven attitude: You should have a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators and be motivated to achieve exceptional results.
• Strong technical skills: You should be comfortable utilizing multiple technology platforms simultaneously, including Google Suite applications, Slack, and Looker (or other comparable data tools).
• Excellent communication skills: You should be able to provide clear and timely communication to our care team and other stakeholders.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant, and internet-connected space: You should have a dedicated workspace that meets our requirements for remote work.
