**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs. **Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from customers in the pharmaceutical industry, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including products, services, and regulatory requirements
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
* Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish speaking a plus
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools a plus

* Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Certification in customer service or a related field
