Remote Immigration Attorney - Removal Defense Cases - Contract Position
Law Firm focused on removal defense is looking for an experienced immigration attorney with EOIR/BIA litigation experience. Full-time commitment. This is a contract position.
The contract remote immigration attorney will appear for hearings, handle motions, legal briefs, appeals, review forms and application packages, instruct and manage a team of remote assistants, offer legal advice, remote consultations to potential new clients, and other tasks related to immigration. Communication and building trust with clients is a key component of the job. This is a full-time contract position.
Requirements:
• Must have at least 2 years of proven experience with removal defense. Proof of experience required.
• Must be a licensed attorney, in good standing with any professional bar of U.S. jurisdiction.
• Must have a proper and enclosed home office setting, to guarantee confidentiality and professionalism.
• Must have up-to-date technology not limited to computer, printer, scanner, anti-virus, high speed internet.
• Good communication skills and ability to build trustworthy relations with clients.
• Organized, disciplined and self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
