Associate Attorney – Litigation (Remote Option Available – California License Required) Training, Mentorship & Growth We’re growing our employment litigation practice and seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Lexington, KY–based litigation team. The position offers a remote work option and is aligned with and integrated into our Lexington team’s practice structure and leadership with a particular focus on California matters. This position requires active admission to the California State Bar. We are dedicated to fostering the professional development of our attorneys by providing comprehensive training, hands-on coaching, and meaningful client exposure to support long-term career growth. As a full-time Associate Attorney, you will gain immediate responsibility and become an integral part of a collaborative team with an established line of business. Attorney Qualifications: • Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing (required). • J.D. from an accredited law school. • Minimum of 2 years of civil defense litigation experience including employment practices liability experience. • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
