Nursing Assistant
At 3:15, LLC, we are seeking a Nurse Assistant to join our team. As an NA, you will play a role in our nursing team daily activities. You will collaborate with the nursing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, as well as efficient workflows within the electronic health record system. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various EHR software and medical terminology, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Communicating with healthcare professionals to obtain necessary information for accurate record keeping
• Organize and maintain electronic health records
• Ensuring security and confidentiality
• Preform data entry and verification to ensure accuracy of patient information
• Collaborate with healthcare team to identify areas for improvement in EHR documentation and workflow
• Monthly upload of individual patient record to practice EHR
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with EHR systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and regulations
