Change Management Consultant We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to help us support our continued growth. A Coastal Change Management Consultant helps our customers achieve desired outcomes through discovery work, communication, instructional development, planning, testing, group facilitation, coaching, and measurement. They work alongside their teams to ensure proactive, thoughtful preparation and delivery of change management interventions, to guide user communities in their transitions to achieve the desired outcomes. Consultants who gain expertise in the skills necessary to support implementation through the management of change also often find themselves in a position to wear many hats within a consultancy. This allows them to participate in projects in a variety of ways with skills that become increasingly in-demand. Role Responsibilities: • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people impacts of change due to process development/transformation and/or technology implementation; • Diagnose, design, implement, and assess change management strategies and plans in support of overall Organizational Excellence initiatives • Author or provide significant input in the development of communication plans, related messaging, journey maps stakeholder assessments, and training plans; influence measurement systems to track outcomes, utilization, and proficiency of changes; work collaboratively as part of a team • Responsible for written communication including: meeting agendas, process diagrams, user guides, curriculum maps, trending presentations from templates, executive summaries, CoE governance and support documents, etc • Responsible for verbal communication including: facilitating trainings and meetings internally and externally, leading product demonstrations, facilitating virtual training sessions, etc Experience/Skills Required: • 3+ years of related experience • Minimum of an active Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certification required, advanced certification preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Listening actively, paraphrasing for understanding • A demonstrated working knowledge of Salesforce • Willingness to work as part of a team • Previous experience with instructional development • The business acumen necessary to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and learners • Willingness to learn and grow in their skills • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization • Note – Determination of Senior* will be based upon the candidate's previous relevant experience and depth of skills, and will be determined through our skills interview process Additional Preferred Experience/Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience • Experience in IT Consulting, Salesforce Ecosystem consulting preferred Why Coastal, and what we offer: • Flexible working hours with an emphasis on a life-work balance (in that order!) • Fully remote work; “Live by the beach, work in the Cloud,” plus company office locations in Palm Coast, FL; Atlanta, GA; Tysons, VA &; Lexington, KY • Unlimited Paid Time Off (RTO), 401K with Company Match, and Medical, Vision, & Dental coverage • Competitive quarterly and annual bonus opportunities • Continuing education and certification reimbursements, specifically within the Salesforce and Snowflake ecosystems; plus occasional in-house competitions with spot bonuses • A flexible and fun team culture!
