Part-Time CTO – Equity Only
Job Description:
• Take technical ownership of the platform
• Oversee backend and frontend architecture
• Improve and optimize existing infrastructure
• Lead technical client integrations
• Ensure scalability and performance
• Think strategically about product evolution
Requirements:
• Strong backend experience (APIs, databases, server architecture)
• Strong frontend understanding (UX, integrations, dashboards)
• Experience with scalable systems
• Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Bonus: Experience in adtech, martech, gaming, survey tech, or monetization models
• Bonus: Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Bonus: Startup experience
