In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing Human Resource technology platforms and enhancing our HR operations. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of NSI’s HR technology ecosystem and the delivery of core HR services. This role bridges the gap between technology and people operations to drive efficiency, ensure data integrity, and enhance the overall employee experience. Responsibilities: • Responsible for all HR systems including functionality, system updates, configurations, annual processes, and data backups.​ • Maintains accuracy and reliability of employee data within HRIS​ • Identifies and implements process improvement​ • Technical support to HR and other users, troubleshooting, resolving issues, training​ • Leads new system implementations including project planning, testing and data migrations​ • Identifies opportunities to apply AI in HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement​ • Maintains accurate carrier connection files, ensuring timely delivery of files at pivotal times​ • Performs mass data loads​ • Data & Analytics for HRLT, CHRO, HR Directors. Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic HR decisions ​ • Manage relationships with external HR technology vendors and service providers, including contract negotiations and performance Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or Business Admin. • HRIS expertise specifically with ADP Workforce Now • 3-5 years of continuous improvement or operational excellence • Expert-level knowledge of major HCM platforms and strong understanding of database management and process automation • Strong strategic thinking, advanced analytical abilities, and change management experience. • Exceptional ability to influence and lead through change, with a ‘hands-on” approach to implementation • Expertise in Excel • Strong oral and written communication skills. Superior interpersonal and coaching skills and ability to work well with staff at all levels • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and excellent organization skills SalaryRange: $140,000-155,000 (where required) _______________ _ _ _ _ _ _ Benefits: NSI Industries offers a competitive salary, performance-based and attendance bonuses for certain roles.
