Current beat opportunities include: Hallmark, HGTV, The Voice, American Idol, The Bachelor, MTV, Big Brother, Survivor, Soaps, Food TV, America’s Got Talent, Fashion, Star Trek, The View, The Amazing Race, The Masked Singer, Shark Tank, Kardashians, Lifetime, TLC, Discovery Channel, History Channel We’re looking for: • Deep knowledge of and passion for celebrity and entertainment news. • Ability to quickly spot breaking news and find and verify information. • Huge appetite for pageviews driven by quality content. • Clean, fast writing with an instinct for headline writing and SEO. • Knowledge of Canva or other photo editing software. • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills. What you’ll be doing: • Writing multiple articles daily on breaking and trending stories. • Covering shows, celebrities, and relevant events. • Identifying traffic-generating opportunities across celebrity and entertainment topics. • Collaborating with editors to develop sharp, impactful coverage.
