Customer Onboarding Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition
• Configure and set up client sites, including EVV and QuickBooks integration
• Oversee data migration from clients' previous software or storage systems
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing implementation role
• Proven experience with EVV configuration and QuickBooks integration
• Experience in project management and use of project management tools
• Strong understanding of IDD and DDD provider operations and workflows
