Location: 100% remote
Duration: 3 to 6 Months contract
Description:
• Looking for someone who can oversee Job Aid builds, the delivery of short WH-specific videos, and organizing training information on our SharePoint site with links in Workday for context support
Training Content Development-
• Own the creation ofJob Aids, reference guides, and step‑by‑step instructions across Workday modules involved in the implementation.Build and delivershort, Workday‑specific training videos (workflow walkthroughs, how‑to clips, feature demos).Update existing materials and standardize formatting, labeling, and versioning.
Training Delivery & Coordination-
• Understand the Workday configuration enough to translate workflows into clear, user‑friendly content.Coordinate delivery of training materials to various user groups.
• Support training sessions or res as needed (optional depending on scope).
Content Management & Documentation-
• Organize all training materials withinSharePoint so end users can easily find what they need.
• Manage links and contextual helpinside Workday (for example: Workday Help, related actions, or embedded links).Maintain a clean structure for documentation, naming conventions, and permissions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration-
• Work with the Workday implementation team, testing teams, and business owners to understand where training gaps exist.Identify recurring issues in testing and convert them into training content.
Ideal Background-
• Workday training experience (preferred).Strong documentation, content design, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate system processes into simple, clear user materials.Experience building Job Aids, video tutorials, or SOPs in a fast‑moving implementation environment.Knowledge of SharePoint for organizing training libraries and content repositories.
