Technical Writer who can make complex topics clear

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to help our Product team create a single, reliable “source of truth” for product knowledge in Guru. Right now, product documentation lives in multiple places and formats. This role will partner directly with Product Managers to gather, organize, and standardize that information into one structured, easy-to-navigate Guru collection. This is a highly tactical, execution-focused project, not strategy. Your job is to collect, clarify, organize, and publish. What You’ll Do Meet with individual Product Managers to gather existing product documentation Audit current materials (Confluence pages, Google Docs, slide decks, Slack posts, etc.) Consolidate fragmented content into a cohesive Guru knowledge base Write and standardize clear, concise product documentation Create a logical, user-friendly structure and collection overview Identify gaps and work with PMs to fill missing information Format content to Guru best practices (tags, templates, consistency) Ensure information is accurate, current, and easy to consume What We’re Looking For Experience writing technical or product documentation Ability to quickly understand software products and workflows Strong interviewing and information-gathering skills Highly organized and process-oriented Excellent written communication Experience with knowledge base tools (Guru, Confluence, Notion, etc.) preferred Self-directed and comfortable working cross-functionally Deliverables A complete, organized Guru collection that serves as the official product source of truth Standardized product documentation across all core features Clear overview pages explaining how components fit together Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
