[Remote] SAP S/4HANA Direct Procurement Consultant

Meta Resources Group is a leader in the global healthcare sector, seeking a SAP S/4HANA Direct Procurement Consultant to join their team. This role focuses on serving as the Process architect for Direct Procurement processes, utilizing SAP S/4HANA expertise to drive automation and modernize procurement operations across manufacturing sites. Responsibilities • Lead detailed analysis and process mapping of Direct Procurement processes in Signavio • Identify inefficiencies in SAP MM, including master data, inventory, and invoice management • Successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA and digital workflows in P2P processes • Support automation initiatives and digital workflows within SAP to reduce manual effort and elevate process efficiency • Enable real-time data reporting, dashboards, and analytics for procurement and manufacturing operations • Partner with IT to integrate AI/ML, workflow automation, and digital tools across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle • Contribute to global digital transformation initiatives ensuring consistent standards across EMEA manufacturing sites • Drive global Direct Procurement template design in SAP S/4HANA (MM) • Integration with Plan-to-Make (PP) and Quote-to-Cash (SD) processes • Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure alignment • Drive UAT, integration testing, and validation of complex manufacturing scenarios • Provide guidance and training to operational teams for successful adoption of SAP process and digital changes • Prepare dashboards, process flows, and presentations to support leadership decisions Skills • 8+ years of experience in P2P, Procurement Operations, and SAP implementation in manufacturing • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay modules • Proven experience in Signavio process mapping and process improvement initiatives • Strong understanding of ERP integration, workflow automation, and vendor management • Techno-functional ability to translate business needs into SAP configuration and system improvements • Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement frameworks is a plus • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives, such as automation, workflow redesign, or AI/ML applications • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including training and change enablement • Experience in change management, training, or process governance • Background in global or complex organizational settings Company Overview • Meta Resources Group provides businesses with expert talent in IT consulting, IT staffing and training, including onshore and offshore solutions.
