Part-Time Virtual Mental Health Therapist (CT Licensed)

At Pathfinder Recovery, we deliver evidence-based addiction treatment supported by advanced AI-driven clinical tools. We built our systems to reduce documentation time, streamline workflows, and give you more time to focus on direct client care. About the Role We are looking for a licensed therapist to provide virtual individual and group therapy for adults in our Primary Substance Use Disorder PHP and IOP programs. You will work remotely while collaborating closely with our Chief Clinical Officer and an experienced clinical team. We use AI-powered medical records and structured clinical technology to simplify documentation, support treatment planning, and improve care quality. Our goal is to reduce administrative burden so you can focus on therapy, not paperwork. What You Will Do • Lead individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices. • Deliver structured, client-centered care in PHP and IOP levels of care. • Use AI-supported electronic medical records to document efficiently and accurately. • Participate in case consultation and supervision with clinical leadership. • Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in all client interactions. Requirements • Active Connecticut LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC license in good standing. • Experience in addiction counseling, preferably within PHP or IOP settings. • Comfort using electronic health records and integrating AI-supported tools into clinical work. • Strong documentation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining engaged with a team.
