Lemon Law Litigation Paralegal

Position Summary We are seeking a Lemon Law Paralegal with experience supporting arbitration and litigation cases. You will assist attorneys in case preparation, drafting pleadings, organizing evidence, and managing client communications. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented legal professionals with a strong understanding of consumer protection law. Key Responsibilities • Support attorneys in Lemon Law arbitration and litigation cases. • Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and arbitration submissions. • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and evidence. • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties. • Track deadlines and case milestones in CRM / legal case management software. Qualifications • 3+ years experience as a paralegal in Lemon Law, consumer protection, or civil litigation. • Experience with arbitration and/or litigation processes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient with CRM or case management software (HubSpot, FileVine, etc.). • Bonus: Experience with Florida Lemon Law cases. • Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training preferred.
