Compliance Manager (Healthcare)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential compliance risks. Keep up-to-date records and documentation of compliance activities. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas of potential non-compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stay informed of any changes or updates. Oversee and manage any compliance-related investigations or audits. Communicate with senior management to provide updates on compliance activities and any potential risks. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare compliance. Create and maintain a culture of compliance within the organization. Collaborate with legal counsel to address any compliance-related legal matters. Provide guidance and support to other departments on compliance-related matters.
