Top Required Skills (Must Haves): • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint template design expertise (2–4+ years) – Hands-on experience building fully functional, multi-slide templates, layouts, masters, and reusable visual systems directly within PowerPoint. • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud – Ability to design and create polished assets, illustrations, icons, and visual components that integrate seamlessly into presentation environments. • Experience with AI-driven design tools – Comfort leveraging modern AI creativity tools, including image generation prompts and emerging design platforms, to enhance scalability and innovation. • Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and composition – Demonstrated ability to create visually cohesive, accessible, and brand-aligned multi-page presentation systems. How you will make an impact: • Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint templates, slide masters, layouts, and reusable visual components • Create polished, on-brand presentation designs that balance aesthetics, clarity, and usability • Produce high-volume template variations and design explorations across multiple visual styles • Build visual systems and assets that influence AI model output and presentation quality • Support experimental and evolving AI-driven projects through rapid asset creation • Ensure all designs meet accessibility and inclusivity standards • Deliver consistent, high-quality work within fast turnaround timelines • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine standards and improve processes The expertise you bring: • Associate’s degree in design or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2–4 years of professional design experience, with strong emphasis on presentation or template creation • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide masters and template systems • Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud • Portfolio demonstrating strong multi-page presentation design judgment and layout hierarchy • Familiarity with AI design tools and image generation platforms • Understanding of accessibility standards and experience designing clear charts and tables • Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly • Comfort working within evolving guidelines and experimental environments What makes a candidate highly successful in this role: • Demonstrated hands-on experience building full PowerPoint templates from scratch, not solely UX, motion, or web design work • Ability to consistently produce polished, scalable presentation systems at high output levels • Distinct visual style or strong graphic sensibility, whether minimalist or maximalist • Experience designing within application constraints while maintaining creativity • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI design trends and tools • Strong time management skills and ability to pivot quickly as priorities evolve Why Work with Team Red Dog?
