Our Work from Home program is designed to provide a work-life balance that suits your needs, while also offering the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Selling arenaflex products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns, navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records * Providing personalized recommendations for arenaflex products and services, helping customers to stay connected and up-to-date with the latest technology and innovations * Collaborating with internal teams, including Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers, to address issues, service faults, and provide customer resolution * Handling wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service * Troubleshooting and resolving various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, spanning multiple networks and elements * Getting customers up and running with the latest products and services, including air cards, USB devices, and AT&T-provided software and applications **What You Can Look Forward To** As a Customer Service and Sales Representative in our Work from Home program, you can look forward to: * Competitive pay starting between $16.20 to $18.87 per hour * Additional compensation up to $3000 a month, when you meet your sales goals and performance expectations * Paid training, completed from home, and additional resources to support your success * Excellent benefits package, including medical/dental coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off * Employee Discounts of up to 50% off on eligible AT&T wireless plans, wireless accessories, AT&T Internet, AT&T phone, and AT&T wireless home phone **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Call center or customer service experience * Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours * Occasional overtime may be required * Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) * Participation in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc. **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure a seamless and secure Work from Home experience, you will need to: * Meet arenaflex's Work from Home standards, including technical, security, physical, and noise level requirements * Participate in regular workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc. * Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc. **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.
