• Identify, quantify, and drive cost-saving opportunities through inventory optimization, transportation routing, mode selection, and network design improvements
• Own and execute supply chain design and optimization projects end to end, including data collection and validation (SQL, Python), scenario modeling (Coupa or Python), and executive-ready insights
• Track, validate, and report estimated and realized savings for implemented initiatives; refine assumptions and models as business conditions evolve
• Evaluate the impact of network optimization initiatives by defining, tracking, and analyzing supply chain KPIs related to cost, service, and resiliency
• Partner with global supply chain, operations, finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, align assumptions, and influence data-driven decisions
• Provide analytical guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts, helping elevate analytical rigor and best practices across the team
• Contribute to the development of long-term supply chain strategy by proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and scalability considerations as the business grows
The Perfect Blend: Experience
• Experience in supply chain analytics, network design, or logistics optimization
• Demonstrated experience modeling end-to-end supply chain networks using Coupa software and/or Python
• Strong background in inventory optimization, transportation/logistics optimization, and scenario analysis
• Advanced experience in data processing and analysis using SQL and/or Python
• Proven ability to define, track, and interpret supply chain KPIs to drive business decisions
• Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional stakeholders, influencing outcomes without direct authority
• Foundational Ingredients: Requirements
• Master's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Analytics, or a related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
