Skills • At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in emergency department (ED), call center, or triage settings within a healthcare office • Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent computer skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and decision-making • Compact RN licenses are encouraged, and additional state licenses may be required Responsibilities • Provide high-quality telephone triage health advice to patients and caregivers • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of care • Offer triage services during after-hours, ensuring that patients receive the same standard of care they would expect from their primary provider Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required Education Requirements Credential Category • Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience Requirements • At least 5 years of relevant nursing experience in appropriate settings Why work in Jacksonville, FL Jacksonville offers a vibrant community with a rich blend of cultural experiences, beautiful beaches, and recreational opportunities.
