Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to make every moment of entertainment better, more accessible, and more personalized. We innovate constantly, leveraging cutting‑edge technology, data‑driven insights, and a passionate team of creators, engineers, and support professionals. As part of the arenaflex family, you will contribute to a culture that values creativity, diversity, and relentless curiosity.

Why This Role Matters

Data is the lifeblood of arenaflex. From cataloging new titles and maintaining accurate metadata to ensuring flawless billing and subscriber communication, precise data entry enables us to deliver a seamless experience to our global audience. As a Full‑Time Data Entry Specialist, you will be at the heart of this operation, guaranteeing that every record is accurate, timely, and ready for use across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented professional to join our Customer Service (CS) Learning & Development (L&D) team located in Mexico City (Alphaville). This role supports the regional L&D initiative, collaborates with outsourced call‑center partners, and helps build high‑quality training content that drives excellent service delivery. While the primary focus is data entry, you will also engage with program management, content development, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration, providing a broad, enriching experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Entry: Accurately input, update, and validate large volumes of customer, call‑center, and learning‑content data across arenaflex’s internal systems and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Program Management Support: Document scope, timeline, and deliverables for all local L&D initiatives, creating and maintaining detailed project plans that align with regional and global priorities.
  • Content Development Coordination: Partner with Subject‑Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather inputs, perform gap analysis, and help craft training curricula—including instructor‑led, digital, blended, and e‑learning modules.
  • Facilitation Assistance: Support the delivery of training sessions in both virtual and in‑person settings, helping to pilot new curricula and conduct train‑the‑trainer workshops for call‑center supervisors.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with regional CS leaders, outsourced partner managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, performance metrics, and learning outcomes.
  • Governance & Reporting: Develop and sustain L&D governance frameworks, including data analytics, intake processes, evaluation standards, and continuous‑improvement dashboards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits of entered data, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, learning‑content creation, or program coordination within a fast‑paced service or call‑center environment.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver learning solutions for a range of audiences—from frontline agents to senior managers.
  • Strong facilitation experience with both instructor‑led and virtual learning formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • High degree of independence, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).

Preferred Qualifications & Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP Litmos) and e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
  • Background in content or knowledge management, especially within a multinational organization.
  • Familiarity with data‑analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and metric tracking.
  • Previous work in a multicultural, global environment, preferably within the entertainment or technology sector.
  • Passion for innovative facilitation tools (virtual whiteboards, interactive polls, gamified learning).

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data trends, identify gaps, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Project Management: Skilled in coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across dispersed teams.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment with evolving priorities.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player who builds trust and fosters partnership across functions and cultures.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable learning new software tools quickly; experience with SQL or basic programming is an advantage.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

arenaflex invests heavily in employee development. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will have access to:

  • Mentorship programs with senior L&D and CS leaders.
  • Internal training pathways leading to advanced roles such as Learning Consultant, Training Manager, or Data Analyst.
  • Eligibility for cross‑functional projects that broaden exposure to product, analytics, and technology teams.
  • Annual learning stipend for certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, Data Analytics).
  • Opportunities to contribute to global initiatives and present best practices at arenaflex’s annual learning summit.
