Sr Analyst, Business Systems (Remote)

In this impactful role, you will utilize your extensive technical knowledge and insights into business processes to oversee intricate projects involving Prophet 21 (P21). Your efforts will directly influence the way various departments operate, as you lead initiatives to enhance system configurations and integrations. Accountabilities • Lead the customization and configuration of Prophet 21 (P21) tailored to business requirements. • Develop and maintain advanced reporting portals integrated within the P21 ecosystem. • Design and optimize SQL Stored Procedures and Views to support data operations. • Implement critical integrations between P21 and third-party systems to maintain data integrity. • Manage ERP upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and robust system performance. • Identify process gaps and propose scalable solutions aligned with business strategies. • Create detailed technical documentation to support development and implementation efforts. Requirements • 6-8 years of experience in ERP systems analysis, particularly with Prophet 21 (P21). • Expertise in P21 customization tools, including Dynachange. • Proficient in advanced SQL for database management and reporting. • Experience in designing integrations between ERP systems and external applications. • Strong understanding of core business processes such as Order to Cash and Inventory Management. • Familiarity with P21 Web Version deployments. • Knowledge of Report Studio/Info Maker for report development. • Experience with PowerShell for system automation. • Effective communication skills to influence technical and business decisions.
