Key Responsibilities As a Director of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for: • Managing Daily Clinical Operations: Oversee the daily clinical operations of affiliated facilities, ensuring optimal efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards. • Provider Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate provider performance, focusing on quality, productivity, and compliance with facility guidelines. • Quality Initiatives: Collaborate on quality initiatives, such as Five-Star measures and QAPI initiatives, aimed at minimizing rehospitalizations and improving patient outcomes. • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively addressing and resolving partner concerns, and engaging regularly with facility partners to nurture strong working relationships. • Onboarding and Education: Participate in the onboarding and ongoing education of facility personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. • Technology and Operations: Utilize various computer systems to streamline operations effectively, and collaborate closely with the VP of Clinical Operations and the team to ensure seamless operational workflows. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: • Extensive Knowledge of SNF Quality Measures and Regulatory Requirements: A deep understanding of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) quality measures and regulatory requirements, including the ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations. • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of five years in a leadership position within Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), such as Director of Nursing or Administrator, with a proven track record of effective employee management and team development. • Clinical Educational Credential: A relevant clinical educational credential, such as a nursing degree or a healthcare-related field. • Technological Adeptness: Strong command of various computer systems, including electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems. • Problem-Solving Capabilities: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: • Experience with Quality Initiatives: Experience with quality initiatives, such as Five-Star measures and QAPI initiatives. • Familiarity with Healthcare Technology: Familiarity with healthcare technology, including EHRs and telehealth platforms. • Certifications and Licenses: Relevant certifications and licenses, such as a Certified Nursing Home Administrator (CNHA) or a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM).
