Fix Xfinity / Comcast Blocking Our Website (ISP-Level False Positive)
We’re dealing with a false-positive security block by Xfinity / Comcast Advanced Security on our website (renlar.com).
Xfinity has confirmed there is no global blacklist, but some users still see the site blocked at the router / ISP security layer. We need this permanently resolved, not manually whitelisted per user.
What we need
We’re looking for someone who has direct experience fixing ISP-level security false positives, specifically:
Xfinity / Comcast Advanced Security
ISP DNS / gateway-level blocking
Domain & IP reputation cleanup
Cloudflare configuration for ISP trust
Security headers, HTTPS, and JS audit
This is not a malware issue and not an SEO task.
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for:
Diagnosing why Xfinity is flagging the domain
Implementing a permanent fix so Xfinity users can access the site without manual allow-listing
Cloudflare setup or optimization (if needed)
IP reputation / hosting audit
Security headers & HTTPS validation
JS / tracking / form behavior review
Verifying resolution from an Xfinity network
Success Criteria
renlar.com loads normally on Xfinity connections
No Advanced Security blocks for end users
No manual router exceptions required
Requirements (Read Carefully)
Please apply only if you have:
Resolved Xfinity / Comcast Advanced Security false positives before
Strong understanding of ISP-level filtering (not just Google Safe Browsing)
Experience with Cloudflare, WAFs, and domain reputation issues
Ability to explain why the issue occurred and how it was fixed
If you’ve never dealt with Xfinity specifically, this is probably not a fit.
