Position Overview
We are hiring a Parent Community Manager to build strong relationships that drive student retention, renewals, and referrals.
We are a global online learning academy serving learners from Kindergarten through adulthood. We provide culturally responsive, high-quality virtual instruction, personalized learning pathways, and enrichment programs that support international students, English Language Learners, Multilingual Learners, bilingual learners, homeschool families, neurodivergent learners, and adult professionals.Our mission is to expand global access to creative, empowering, and transformative education that nurtures movement, cultural expression, confidence, and artistic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage parent groups, messaging communities, and online forums
- Provide updates, resources, and engagement activities
- Encourage renewals, upsells, and referrals
- Support positive parent experience and communication
- Gather testimonials and success stories
Qualifications
- Experience in community management, customer success, or education support
- Warm, responsive communication style
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Passion for family engagement
Technology Requirements
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Laptop or desktop computer with webcam and wireless noise canceling microphone
• Safe physical space suitable for movement during virtual instruction
• Familiarity with virtual video platforms for teaching dance and movement
Contractor Expectations
This is an independent contractor role. Contractors manage their own taxes, equipment, and scheduling while maintaining professional instructional quality and communication.We provided enrollment coordination, scheduling support, and a collaborative teaching environment.
