Financial Audit for US Corporation Needed ASAP
We are seeking a qualified professional to conduct a financial audit for a simple group of foreign companies under US GAAP. The company financials have been audited under IFRS for a holding company and four low (or no) volume subsidiaries. Translation is currently being done from IFRS to US GAAP, and we are seeking an experienced auditor to then audit the revised financials under US GAAP. The audit needs to be completed promptly once the translation work is completed (estimated to be around 1 weeks from posting). The ideal candidate will have experience in financial accounting and corporate finance, with a focus on US regulations and auditing. The company's records are professionally maintained and reconciled monthly, with simple consolidation being done by third parties. The party or firm must be a registered US CPA.
