Marketing Manager Assistant (Facebook Ads + Marketing Execution) – Personal Injury Law Firm - Contract to Hire

Overview We are a growing personal injury law firm operating in California, Arizona, and Nevada looking for a Marketing Manager Assistant to help execute marketing initiatives under the direction of our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This role is ideal for someone who: • Has hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram ads • Can execute marketing projects quickly and accurately • Is comfortable following detailed strategy and implementing it • Wants a long-term working relationship You will be helping implement campaigns that generate leads for people involved in car accidents and injury cases. This position will start part-time / project-based, but there is strong potential for long-term work. Responsibilities You will be assisting the Marketing Manager/CMO with execution across several areas. Facebook & Instagram Ads (Primary Task) You will help build and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including: • Setting up campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager • Creating campaigns, ad sets, and ads based on provided strategy • Uploading creatives and writing ad copy • Creating Instant Form lead ads • Setting up Click-to-Call campaigns • Setting up Click-to-Message campaigns (Messenger / WhatsApp) • Creating retargeting audiences • Testing creative variations You will not be responsible for strategy — that will come from the CMO — but you will need to execute campaigns correctly and efficiently. Copywriting Support You will assist with: • Facebook ad copy • Landing page copy edits • Email marketing copy • Marketing messaging improvements Strong English writing skills are required. Spanish is a major plus. Newsletter Creation We send newsletters periodically and need help with: • Writing simple newsletters • Formatting email templates • Sending campaigns Experience with Mailchimp / Zoho Campaigns / similar platforms is helpful. Website Updates Occasionally we will need small updates to our website such as: • Updating pages • Adding content • Posting blog articles • Updating contact forms • Minor design/content adjustments Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is helpful. Required Skills Must have experience with: • Facebook / Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager) • Writing ad copy • Marketing execution tasks • Following campaign instructions • Attention to detail Nice to have: • Personal injury marketing experience • Spanish language ability • Zoho CRM experience • Email marketing tools • WordPress What We’re Looking For We want someone who is: • Reliable • Organized • Detail oriented • Comfortable executing instructions • Fast and responsive You will be working directly with the CMO and helping bring marketing campaigns to life.
